Scott adds podium finish at Route 66 Motor Speedway

Serving as a final tune-up before the stars of the United States Modified Touring Series roll into town, Stormy Scott joined a 20-car Modified field on Saturday at Route 66 Motor Speedway.

Scott kicked off the night by outrunning Philip Houston to capture a heat race victory, then backed it up with a strong third-place finish in the 25-lap feature. He joined race winner A.J. Sharpensteen and runner-up Derek Scott on the podium.
