Stormy claims second at Route 66 Motor Speedway
Stormy Scott returned to Route 66 Motor Speedway this past weekend for Championship Night, tackling the Texas oval in his Mesilla Valley Transportation No. 2s CDR Race Cars Modified.
Scott impressed early, charging from the third row to win his heat race. He then rolled off eighth in the 25-lap feature and made a strong push toward the front, climbing six positions to finish second, just 2.442 seconds behind winner Sammy McNabb.
